All
our members pay a one-time, yearly membership fee of $45 per year.
What
do I get for my money?
You get 10 meg of hosting space, 10 email addresses (pop3) &
500 meg traffic (Bandwidth).
The
only extra is bandwidth - if your site becomes wildly popular.
Bandwidth is a reasonable cost,
and
we can quote you a cheap price for that!
You
don't have to be a Web Guru, either. Most of our members are
non-for-profit organisations,
with
little or no web design experience.
Our
goal is to offer low-cost services and instruction to help you grow.

You can now get a
cool e-mail address which is yours and not your service
provider's.
messages sent to your
Email address are instantly diverted to up to four other e-mail
addresses simultaneously,
such as the address
provided by your current ISP or at work.
If you change ISP or
your work, all we do is change your diversions: your E-mail address
will always stay the same!
Also, because we have
such a large range of domain names available,
if your chosen e-mail
address is unavailable in one domain, it will almost certainly be
available on another,
unlike many web based
e-mail providers which need you to add meaningless numbers to your
address to make it unique.
So you can choose
an address that is really personal to you!

How much does it cost and
how do I pay?
The
service costs just $8.95 per year - that's about 17 cents a week! (No
GST)
You
can pay for the service by online secure credit card payment (PayPal),
direct bank deposit, postal order.
Some
people have asked us why we charge for this service. It is because we
feel that the quality of service is the most important issue.
We
use high quality Unix based servers to provide a service that
is extremely reliable and quick,
and
we would rather give subscribers a premium quality service for a med
annual fee than a service that is slow and unreliable.
How does it work?
You
sign up with the service and choose a e-mail address (see later for
what addresses you can choose).
Once
your account is active, all e-mail sent to your e-mail address will be
forwarded to whatever "real" e-mail address you choose.
This
could be your current home e-mail address, a work e-mail address, or
both.
You
can then let your contacts, friends and relatives know your e-mail
address, and they can start sending you messages.
Does it work with Windows and Mac?
Yes.
You can use the service with any computer that can send and receive
e-mails,
so
that includes all the Windows and Mac operating systems, Linux, Unix
and any other.
Where is the service based?
The
servers it uses to provide the service are based here in
Australia, Singapore and the USA.
What if I change my "real" e-mail address?
If
you ever need to change your "real" e-mail address, for example,
because you change jobs or change your Internet Service Provider (ISP),
all
you have to do is let us know via email, and we will change your
account to forward messages sent to your e-mail address to
your new "real" e-mail address.
Your
e-mail address always stays the same and you'll never have to send out
"change of e-mail" messages ever again!
What e-mail addresses can I choose?
You
may choose any combination of lowercase letters, numbers, full stops,
dashes (-) or underscores (_) (but no spaces) to go before the "@"
sign,
so
long as that combination hasn't been taken already. You then choose one
of a number of different domains (the bit after the "@" sign),
and
new ones will be added regularly.
Is it private?
Yes.
All the forwarding of messages is entirely automated, with no human
intervention either by us or anyone else.
Your
messages cannot be intercepted or read by us or anyone else.
Can I have mail forwarded to more than one address?
Yes.
You can specify up to four diversion addresses to which your messages
will be sent simultaneously.
So
you can receive your messages at work or at home, at both, or wherever
you like!
Can I send messages through this Email service?
No.
The service is for incoming messages only, and you will continue to
send your e-mails through your existing ISP.
However,
by modifying the preferences in your e-mail program, such as Outlook,
you can make e-mails that you send appear to come from your e-mail
address,
so
no-one will need to see your "real" e-mail address again.
Can people still send me messages to my "real" e-mail?
Yes.
Your "real" e-mail address(es) stay exactly the same.
So
people who don't yet know your service e-mail address can still send
you messages as normal.
